First off, I would like to introduce myself to you.  My name is Barbara and I am a transplanted So. Californian and I currently reside in Little Rock, AR.

This website is a work in progress.  I still have 1000's of items to load and that is just what I currently own even as I search for more.  I will be doing updates at least every 2 weeks and if you would like to receive a notice of those updates, please e-mail me by clicking on the "Join the Mailing List" at  the bottom of this page.  And, if you are searching for something in particular or you have a collection that you would like to add to, please let me know and I might be able to help.

My site will eventually include vintage costume jewelry, fine jewelry, small pottery & glass items with names such as Hull & Fenton, collectible plates, vintage clothing and accessories and wherever else strikes my eye that is unique.  One thing this site will never be is a garage sale environment.  I want my items to add pleasure to your life though they might be older.

PAYMENT 

Payment may be made be made by check, Cashier's check, Money Order or Paypal and will be accepted in U.S. funds only.   

International payments are accepted in a form both convenient & economical to buyer and Clerestorial.   Any duty or importation tax is the responsibility of the buyer.   An accurate value & description will be placed on the shipping label of your address.  No shipments will be made to countries deemed by the USPS and/or the U.S.A as unsafe unless alternative arrangements can be made.

Shipment will not be made to post office boxes without prior approval from me.

TO PLACE AN ORDER

On those items that are not currently set up with Paypal's shopping cart system you will need to email  me with your order and I will confirm availability.  E-mail me here.  Emails will be acknowledged within 24 hours. If for some reason you don't hear from us in 24 hours, please re-send your  e-mail as sometimes cyberspace loses a transmission! OR, you may call us between the hours of 8:00a.m.-6:00p.m. central time, Monday thru Saturday at cell 501-240-6001 if you want to discuss any of the items on our site.  Please leave me a message if I am out of the office.

It is very important to us that you be satisfied with your purchase so PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING "FINE PRINT": 

Clerestorial seeks vintage jewelry in the best condition available which, for the most part, is in fine condition. All descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We scrutinize each piece carefully and thoroughly. All closures will work properly on necklaces, bracelets, and pins, and earring clips will be secure. Rhinestone jewelry will not have missing stones. If jewelry is in less than fine condition the descriptions will say so and for what reasons.

Vintage jewelry has had a history prior to coming into our hands, and hence, into yours, so it is understood that each piece is at the very least gently worn, if not also greatly loved!.

SHIPPING

All possible care will be taken to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in good condition. If an item is valued over $20.00, insurance will automatically be included in your shipping cost. International orders will be sent insured as allowed by either USPS or UPS. If any stones have fallen out during transit they will be in the sealed bag, so do not be upset. If you can put the stones back in yourself, be sure to use proper jewelry cement as any other type of cement (including instant glue) may destroy the brilliance of the rhinestones.

RETURNS

As a rule, Clerestorial has only one of each collectible item available, so we cannot substitute for an identical item. If you are unhappy with anything you have bought from us, notify me by email or call within 3 days of receipt of the package.

UPON RECEIPT for RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please send it back to the Post Office Box address within TEN BUSINESS DAYS from the date of signature on your return receipt, provided it has not been damaged after your receipt.  IF the merchandise is NOT returned to me within the 10 days AND my full refund requirements are not adhered to, I will deduct a 25% restocking fee from your refund or your site credit.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Be sure to return all pieces of my matching set or combination-priced jewelry or other articles, preferably in the original shipping package, and insured if it was shipped to you insured. We cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt, either by breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, by application of testing acids or attempts to clean it using improper methods.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT LATE RETURNS, PARTIAL RETURNS OF SETS OR COMBINATIONS OR

COMBINATION-PRICED JEWELRY LOTS. SORRY, WE CANNOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING OR

INSURANCE CHARGES.
